Sensitivity: Aim
This is the main hip-fire multiplier. It controls how far your view turns for each mouse count and forms the in-game half of your eDPI calculation. Change this setting first; leave the zoom multipliers alone until your normal rifle aim feels repeatable.
ADS Sensitivity Multiplier
ADS means aim down sights. This multiplier changes the sensitivity while using a weapon's standard ADS view. A value of 1.0 keeps the game's default relationship to your hip-fire setting.
