1v9 is an online Service Provider facilitating the purchase of digital services, such as Boosting and Coaching for video games (e.g., League of Legends, Valorant, Overwatch), as well as the sale of gaming accounts and digital items. 1v9 acts as an intermediary to ensure secure transactions between Users and Sellers.

  • 1v9 does not directly provide or sell digital content or gaming accounts. It solely connects Users with Sellers.
  • Boosting Services: 1v9 connects Users with Boosters - (Workers) to help them achieve desired in-game ranks across various servers.
  • Coaching Services: 1v9 connects Users with experienced Coaches - (Workers) who provide guidance for gaming improvement across various servers.

3. Definitions

  • Account: A registered User's account on 1v9, enabling access to services available through Sellers.
  • Digital Services: Non-physical, customised services such as Boosting and Coaching provided by Sellers.
  • Rank Boost / Win boost: A service where a Selling User (Booster) logs into a User’s account to achieve a specific rank.
  • Hire Pro Teammate: A service where a User plays alongside a Booster to reach a specific rank.
  • Digital Goods: Non-physical gaming items or accounts sold by Sellers (e.g., game accounts, skins, currency).
  • Users: Individuals eligible to enter into binding transactions on 1v9.
  • Sellers: Individuals or businesses offering digital goods on 1v9.
  • Workers: Individuals who offer rank boost, win boost and hire pro teammate services.
  • Website: The 1v9 Service Provider, accessible at 1v9.gg.

4. User Eligibility and Acceptance of Terms

By using 1v9 and its services, you confirm that you:

  1. Are legally allowed to enter binding agreements (18 years or older, unless a different minimum age applies in your jurisdiction).
  2. Accept these Terms and the Privacy Policy.
  3. Understand that 1v9 may amend these Terms at any time, with changes taking effect three days after being posted on the website. Users are responsible for staying informed of any changes.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

5.1 Content Ownership: All content on 1v9.gg, including text, images, software, and design elements, is owned by 1v9 and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

5.2 Usage Restrictions: The content on 1v9 may not be reproduced, transmitted, or stored without written permission from 1v9.

5.3 Rights Granted to Users: Users are granted only the right to use 1v9’s services in accordance with these Terms and do not acquire any ownership rights to the website.

5.4 Affiliation Disclaimer: 1v9 is not affiliated with any video game publisher, developer, or distributor, including Riot Games, Activision Blizzard, or Tencent Holdings. 1v9 claims no ownership over the intellectual property of any video game or company associated with games listed on its Service Provider.

6. Account Registration and Management

6.1 Account Registration: Users must register on 1v9.gg by providing a username, email, and optional details such as Discord ID.

6.2 Selling User Accounts: Sellers may need to provide additional information for payment and verification purposes. 1v9 is not liable for losses due to incorrect information provided by Sellers,

6.3 Account Suspension and Termination: 1v9 reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts if Users or Sellers violate these Terms. In such cases, 1v9 may freeze or remove account balances as necessary.

6.4 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification: 1v9 may require Users to complete a KYC verification, which may include providing identification and proof of address. 1v9 may conduct KYC at any time and may suspend accounts or transactions until verification is completed.

7. Liability and Disclaimers

7.1 No Guarantee of Outcomes: While 1v9 connects Users with experienced Sellers, it does not guarantee specific results or outcomes from services rendered by Sellers.

7.2 Limitation of Liability: 1v9 is not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use of its Service Provider or from interactions between Users and Sellers.

7.3 Indemnification: Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless 1v9 from any claims, losses, or damages resulting from the User's use of the Service Provider or any breach of these Terms.

8. Using the Website

8.1 Website Access Without RegistrationUsers can navigate public sections of the website, including: Homepage, Boosting, Coaching, Accounts, Blog, Hiring, Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, Contact, and User Area. Before registering, users may explore descriptions of digital services, digital goods provided by Sellers, and information about the Service and Service Provider. 1v9.gg reserves the right to alter content at any time, including modifying or removing descriptions, with changes effective immediately upon posting on the website.

8.2 Content UpdatesAny new or updated descriptions take effect automatically upon being posted.

8.3 Promotions and Discounts1v9.gg may offer promotions or discounts with terms accessible on the website. Such promotions may be modified at our discretion without affecting the General Terms and Conditions.

8.4 Necessary Communications1v9.gg may send necessary website-related communications, regardless of marketing preferences, to assist with website use or legal obligations.

8.5 Exclusive DiscountsCertain users may be eligible for special pricing or discounts. These will be provided privately via a unique code.

8.6 Newsletter SubscriptionUsers can opt-in/out to receive promotional emails, after purchasing, with the ability to unsubscribe at any time.

8.7 Account UsageAccounts are personal and non-transferable, and users are responsible for securing their login information. Multiple accounts per user are prohibited and may lead to penalties

8.8 Account LoginUsers access the site using unique login credentials or through Google and Discord OAuth.

8.9 Account RecoveryUsers can retrieve credentials after verification via the system or registered email.

9. Compliance with Game Rules

9.1 Game ComplianceBy registering, users affirm they are authorised to order services without violating game rules. Unauthorised users must refrain from using the site.

9.2 Responsibility for ComplianceUsers are solely responsible for compliance with game terms. 1v9.gg is not liable for verifying authorization.

9.3 No Authorization Verification1v9.gg does not verify user compliance with game rules before service engagement.

9.4 Agreement TerminationIf a user fails to meet compliance requirements, 1v9.gg may terminate the agreement, void services, and deny refund claims.

10. Purchases on the Website

10.1 Available PurchasesRegistered users can purchase services (Boosting, Coaching and Hire pro teammate) and digital goods (Ranked ready Accounts, Skin Accounts, Currency and Items) after accepting the 1v9.gg Terms.

10.2 Product AcquisitionUsers buy services/goods as registered members, if not registered an account is automatically made.

10.3 User PurchasesPurchases include boosting, coaching, account buying, or digital assets in the listed games. Sellers upload products on the website, and transactions follow agreements between the User and 1v9.gg.

10.4 Required Information for Service Completion

  • Solo Boosting: Login, password, summoner name, Discord ID
  • Duo Boosting or Coaching: Summoner name, Discord ID
  • Account Purchase: Account credentials are delivered to the user post-purchase without requiring additional information.
  • Item Purchase: In-game name
  • Currency: In-game name

    10.5 User AccessAfter purchase, users gain User access to see orders, monitor progress, and communicate with boosters, coaches and sellers.

    10.6 Account PurchasesUpon purchasing a digital good, users receive access to the Order, where account credentials are delivered. They are able to contact Seller through the chat function.

11. Order Process, User, Service Provider and Selling User Obligations

11.1 Service Agreement ValidityAgreements between users and 1v9.gg last until the purchased service or goods are delivered.

11.2 Inactive AgreementsAgreements are terminable after 30 days of inactivity, lack of required information, or absence of contact. Remaining credit may be subject to an administrative fee if the agreement is terminated.

11.3 Win Boosting TermsFor win boosting services, users acknowledge each game won or lost impacts their win count. Specific rules apply regarding promotion matches and LP requirements.

11.4 Low LP GainsUsers with accounts yielding low LP gains may be required to deposit additional funds to cover the service or convert to a per-win basis.

11.5 User Obligations for Ranked PlayIf a user plays ranked games during a boosting service, they may be liable for payment adjustments if their LP drops below the booster’s work level. Non-compliance may lead to service pausing or conversion.

11.6 Placement Matches GuaranteePlacement Match services include a minimum 70% win guarantee. Lower performance qualifies the user for free boosting as compensation.

11.7 Account Purchase WarrantyUsers purchasing accounts receive a warranty valid upon payment. Users may extend warranties for an additional fee. Warranties cover normal usage only and exclude third-party software use or toxic behaviour.

11.8 Service Completion NotificationUpon completion, users receive a notification with proof, such as an Email, confirming service completion.

11.9 Account Transfer FinalizationAccount transfers are completed once credentials are delivered, with no complaints filed.

12. Additional Terms and Conditions for the Sale of Virtual Goods by Sellers

12.1 The Service Provider reserves the right to facilitate the sale of Virtual Goods, including game accounts, in-game currency and skins, on the Service Provider.

12.2 The Service Provider reserves the right to approve or disapprove Sellers’ sale requests following an examination of the Virtual Goods to ensure the safety of all Users.12.2.1 The Service Provider will notify the Seller of the approval or disapproval via the email linked to their Selling profile or another direct communication channel.

12.3 The Service Provider retains the right to approve or disapprove requests to edit information related to Virtual Goods owned by the Seller.12.3.1 The Service Provider will notify the Seller of the approval or disapproval via the email linked to their Seller profile or another direct communication channel.

12.4 The Service Provider reserves the right to apply service fees to accounts offered by Sellers on the website.

13. Refund and Chargeback Policy for Boosting Services

13.1 Users agree that opening a claim after an order has been processed, started, or completed is a breach of 1v9.gg’s General Terms and Conditions. Users must either close the claim or pay back the order amount, in addition to a fee determined by 1v9.gg, which will be a minimum of €50 and no more than three times the order amount if the cost exceeds €50. Users failing to comply may incur full legal liability.

13.2 Users may request a refund for Virtual Services (Boosting) within 48 hours of purchase if no booster has been assigned or the service has not commenced. Refunds can be requested via Discord or live chat. The Service Provider is not liable to process refunds if the User does not fulfil the requirements outlined in section 10.5.

13.2.1 In the event of a refund request, the User accepts responsibility for the payment provider fee.

13.2.2 The Service Provider will process refunds within 7 business days after the User submits the request.

13.3 In cases outside of the specified refund policy, the Service Provider reserves the right to grant full or partial refunds at its exclusive discretion.

13.3.1 Users accept that in such cases, the payment provider fee will be transferred to their responsibility.

13.3.2 Refunds in these specific cases will also be processed within 7 business days after the request submission.

13.4 Users acknowledge that if they initiate a chargeback after a service has been completed, the outstanding amount may be sent to a debt collection agency. Users also agree to cover additional fees incurred by the debt collector or any other associated costs.

13.5 Refund eligibility is terminated if the User exhibits a negative or hostile attitude toward the worker/booster assigned to their order. In such cases, the Service Provider reserves the right to terminate the order with no rights to a refund.

13.6 If the User does not respond in the order chat or fails to provide the necessary account information to the worker/booster within 7 days, the order will be marked as complete.

14. Refund and Chargeback Policy for Coaching Services

14.1 Users agree that initiating a claim post-order, or once the service has begun or concluded, constitutes a breach of 1v9.gg’s General Terms and Conditions. Users are required to either withdraw the claim or repay the order amount plus an additional fee, not less than €50 and no more than three times the order amount if it exceeds €50. Non-compliance may result in legal liability as governed by European Trade Laws.

14.2 Users may request a refund for Coaching services within 48 hours of purchase if no coach has been assigned or the service has not commenced. Refund requests must be made via the Discord or live chat. The Service Provider bears no responsibility for refunds if the User does not meet the obligations outlined in section 10.5.14.3.1 If a refund request is made, the payment provider fee will be the User’s responsibility.14.3.2 Refunds will be processed within 7 days of receiving the User’s request.

14.4 In circumstances not specified above, the Service Provider reserves the right to grant refunds or partial refunds at its exclusive discretion.14.4.1 In these cases, the User will be responsible for the payment provider fee.14.4.2 Refunds in such instances will be processed within 7 days of the request submission.

14.5 Users acknowledge that if a chargeback is initiated after the completion of a service, the outstanding bill may be sent to a debt collection agency. Additional fees incurred by the debt collection process or any other associated costs will be the User’s responsibility.

14.6 Refund eligibility is terminated if the User exhibits a negative or hostile attitude toward the worker/booster assigned to their order. In such cases, the Service Provider reserves the right to terminate the order with no rights to a refund.

14.7 If the User does not respond in the order chat or fails to provide the necessary account information to the worker/booster within 7 days, the order will be marked as complete.

15. Refund and Chargeback Policy for the Sale of Virtual Goods

15.1 Virtual Goods (such as Game Accounts, In-game Currency and Skins) are classified as digital content and are therefore excluded from the general right of withdrawal due to their nature. All transactions involving Virtual Goods—exchanges, sales, or purchases—are final and non-revocable.

15.2 Users may request a refund for Virtual Goods (Game Accounts) within 48 hours of purchase if the Service Provider has not delivered the account credentials for the purchased account. Refund requests can be made through the Discord or live chat.15.2.1 The User agrees to take responsibility for the payment provider fee in the event of a refund request.15.2.2 The Service Provider will process the refund within 7 business days following the request.

15.3 In cases outside of the defined refund policy, the Service Provider reserves the right to approve full or partial refunds at its exclusive discretion.15.4.1 In such cases, the User will assume responsibility for the payment provider fee.15.4.2 Refunds in these situations will be processed within 7 business days of the request.

15.5 Users acknowledge that initiating a chargeback after the delivery of a Virtual Good may result in the outstanding amount being sent to a debt collection agency, with additional fees associated with debt collection or unforeseen costs payable by the User.

16. Payments

16.1 Users may pay for services using the following payment providers:

  • Stripe
  • Sellix

16.2 The Service Provider covers the payment processing fees.

16.3 The Service Provider is not liable for payments that fail or are rejected by the Payment Provider.

16.4 Upon successful payment, the User will receive a payment confirmation. The Service Provider is not responsible for issuing invoices for services rendered by Sellers; this responsibility lies with Sellers according to applicable laws and regulations. If Users require an invoice or transaction proof from Sellers, the Service Provider may assist in facilitating communication with Sellers, though it holds no liability, and Users waive any claims against the Service Provider regarding such documentation.

17. Complaints

17.1 Users have the right to file complaints about purchased services.

17.2 A complaint can be filed if the service is not delivered or fails to meet the promised description.

17.3 To file a complaint, Users should follow these steps:1 Use the website chat to submit the complaint.2 Go to the “Contact Us” tab and open a ticket directly through Discord.

17.4 All complaints will be addressed within 48 hours of submission.

17.5 Failure to resolve a complaint does not imply that 1v9.gg agrees with or accepts the User’s complaint.

18. Role of the Website

18.1 The Service Provider does not participate in transactions between Users and Sellers and is not responsible for any actions taken directly between them.

18.2 The Service Provider does not guarantee the accuracy or reliability of data uploaded or stored by Users on the Website.

18.3 The Service Provider is not liable to Users for:

  • Sellers data that is inaccurate or misleading.
  • The accuracy or reliability of data uploaded by Sellers.
  • User’s financial solvency.

18.4 Disputes between Users must be resolved solely by the Users themselves. The Service Provider does not mediate or participate in any related legal proceedings.

18.5 The Service Provider is not liable for issues related to user behaviour in agreements or gameplay, including but not limited to gaming addictions, inability to win games, participation in unauthorised games, or violations of game rules. Account bans, suspensions, or restrictions do not entitle Users to claims against the Service Provider or any demand for refunds.

18.6 The Service Provider reserves the right to annul any agreement without prior User notification if it is deemed unlawful, contrary to social norms, or damaging to the reputation of the Service Provider.

19. Liability of the Website

19.1 The Service Provider is not liable for User actions or inactions on the Website and only provides access to the Service Provider. The User is responsible for using the Website in compliance with the law. The Service Provider is not required to verify User actions, data, or activities for legal compliance, and Users are solely liable for their conduct.

19.2 Except as explicitly stated in the General Terms and Conditions, the Service Provider is liable for damages resulting from non-performance or improper performance of Services only when at fault. Users bear the burden of proving such fault.

19.3 The Service Provider’s liability to the User covers actual damages only, not lost profits.

19.4 To the maximum extent permitted by law (including consumer protection laws), the Service Provider is not liable for any actions or damages resulting from:

  • The User’s failure to meet technical requirements for the Website.
  • Inaccessibility of the Website due to events beyond the Service Provider’s control, such as force majeure, war, natural disasters, cyberattacks, provider failures, or other third-party service issues.
  • Unauthorised Website use by the User or others.
  • Law violations, malicious acts, or omissions by any Internet user.
  • Issues stemming from third-party software or hardware (HWID BAN) not associated with the Website (e.g., Microsoft Windows).
  • Email rejection or filtering by the Service Provider's email systems.

    19.5 The Service Provider is not liable for any unauthorised programs that may be used by Users.

    19.6 The Service Provider is not responsible if its emails are marked as spam or junk by the User's email provider.

    19.7 The Service Provider may, without prior notice, initiate a technical break in Website operation for maintenance. Users will be notified of planned maintenance via an announcement (through the user panel and email) unless the maintenance is unplanned or urgent.

    19.8 The Service Provider may implement temporary limitations on some Website features or restrict their availability if necessary for operational stability. The Service Provider is not liable for any consequences resulting from these actions.

    19.9 The Service Provider is not liable for any damage to the User resulting from a lack of antivirus software or unprotected internet connections, such as unauthorised system access, email, password or username theft, or malware infiltration into User systems.

20. Termination of Website Use

20.1 The Service Provider may terminate a User’s access to the Website without prior notification if the User engages in malicious or illegal activity.

20.2 Specifically, the Service Provider may terminate access if:

  • The User violates 1v9.gg’s General Terms and Conditions.
  • The User uploads illegal data.
  • The User discloses personal data of other Users.
  • The User breaches the Terms of Account Usage.
  • The User’s activities may potentially harm the company’s interests.

21. Final Provisions

21.1 The appendices to the Terms and Conditions are considered integral to the agreement. The Terms and Conditions are freely accessible to any User on the 1v9.gg website. Users are advised to review, retain, and store these Terms using their devices before or during their use of the Website. For any interpretation or clarification of the Terms, Users may contact the Service Provider.
