Prepare to sell on 1v9 by understanding the seller rules thoroughly. Non-compliance can result in temporary or permanent suspension of your account. These regulations apply across all categories, including Currency, Accounts, Boosting, and Items.

Order Delivery:
Sellers must complete orders within the stated delivery timeframe. While occasional errors are acknowledged, consistent delays or failures may result in the removal of your listings.

If you anticipate a delay or partial delivery, the buyer must consent to these modifications. Failing to deliver on time or only partially delivering without buyer consent may trigger a full refund if the buyer disputes the order.

Order Completion:
Do not mark an order as delivered until it is fully completed. Prematurely marking an order as delivered when it’s incomplete can lead to a full refund to the buyer upon dispute.

Fraudulent Activities:
Any attempts to scam or deceive buyers will result in a permanent ban under our zero-tolerance policy against fraud.

Communication:
All communication with buyers must occur through the 1v9 chat system. Sharing personal contact details, like Discord or Skype, is prohibited except for necessary communication in boosting services where gameplay with the buyer is involved.

Advertisements & Payments:
Promoting external websites, including personal shops or other marketplaces, is forbidden. All transactions must be conducted through 1v9 without discussing external payment methods.

Professional Conduct:
Maintain professionalism at all times. Abusive language, harassment, or threatening behavior towards clients is unacceptable. Even during disputes, professionalism is required.

Dispute Resolution:
Respond promptly to disputes. For account and boosting disputes, provide a response within 24 hours with proof or a resolution. For currency/item disputes, upload evidence within 2 hours. Failure to do so can result in an automatic refund to the buyer.

Feedback Manipulation:
Manipulating buyer feedback, such as through fake orders or targeting competitors, is strictly prohibited.

Seller Conduct:
Disparaging or falsely accusing other sellers is not allowed.

Financial Holds:
1v9 may hold seller funds for up to 30 days in cases of scam or fraud, using the funds to compensate victims. Remaining funds may then be withdrawn.

Prohibited Listings:
Lotteries, raffles, or random chance listings are not allowed. Do not copy product descriptions verbatim from other sellers, although this rule does not apply to smurf account offers. Unrealistically priced or fake listings are prohibited.

Listing Accuracy:
Ensure listings are placed in the correct category and game. Exceptions are made for specific dedicated boosting services.

Reselling:
Reselling services purchased from other sellers on 1v9 as your own is forbidden.

Seller Requirements:
Sellers must be at least 18 years old and are not permitted to operate multiple accounts without authorization. Shared account details should only be with official team members.

Prohibited Practices:
Currency top-up orders using the Microsoft refund method are strictly banned due to its fraudulent nature.

Content and SEO Practices:
Avoid keyword stuffing and redundancy in your offer descriptions and titles. Ensure clarity and relevance in all listings.

Copyright Compliance:
Replace copyrighted images from game developers in your profile pictures and offers to avoid deletion.
