Account Suspension

If you violate 1v9's Terms of Service or Seller Rules—applicable to boosters, coaches, sellers, or anyone offering services through 1v9—your account may be temporarily or permanently suspended.

During Suspension:

• You can still access existing orders, communicate through chat, and complete ongoing transactions.
• You will not be allowed to offer new services or list items for sale during your suspension period.

1v9 maintains a strict zero-tolerance policy regarding fraudulent activities, including scams, fraud, chargebacks, and similar misconduct. Any involvement in these actions will result in a permanent ban without exception.

Suspension Duration:

Other violations are assessed individually. Depending on the severity of your actions, suspensions may range from as short as 1 day to a permanent account ban.

Withdrawing Funds During Suspension:

Suspended users with remaining balances may still withdraw their funds. If your seller account has a balance at the time of suspension, contact our support team via live chat to facilitate the withdrawal. In cases involving fraud, 1v9 reserves the right to hold funds for 30-60 days pending investigation before releasing them.
