No confirmed public answer exists. Preston’s Shop is a real hidden merchant in the tunnel linking Area 26 (Pirate Cove) and Area 35 (Safari), and its prompt asks for a “super secret code.” The presence of the prompt is not proof that the solution has been released.
If a future update activates or reveals the secret, it should be reproducible by multiple players in the same version. Screenshots without a successful reward screen are not enough.
