How to redeem an Adopt Me promo code
- Launch Adopt Me and travel to Adoption Island.
- Find the Safety Hub behind/next to Green Groceries—the same building used for the Trade License.
- Go to the Code Redemption Kiosk beside Agent Ruhi.
- If the kiosk is open, enter the free promotional code and confirm.
- If it refuses to accept input, Uplift Games says the promotion has likely expired.
How Adopt Me toy codes are different
A Virtual Item Code is packaged with eligible official Adopt Me merchandise and is one-time use. Uplift Games directs owners to its separate online redemption path; the in-game kiosk will not accept a toy code.
Keep the insert hidden until the reward is confirmed. Uplift’s terms say codes and their virtual items are non-transferable and may not be traded, gifted, exchanged, or sold.

Why is my Adopt Me code not working?
- The kiosk is closed. Uplift says the Promo Code has likely expired.
- It is a toy code. Use the official web redemption route instead.
- The one-time code was exposed. Someone may have claimed it first.
- The old string was recycled. Public event codes do not become active again automatically.
- The offer promises Robux or a legendary pet. Treat generators and account-login forms as scams.
