Seller Guide

These rules apply to all sellers and listings on 1v9.gg. They exist to keep our marketplace safe, professional, and fair for both buyers and sellers.

⚠️ Failing to follow these rules can result in warnings, penalties, or permanent suspension of your account.
If you sell game accounts, make sure to also review the 1v9 Account Seller Rules.

Order Delivery

✅ Deliver on Time
Always deliver your orders within the delivery time you’ve promised. Repeated delays or missed deliveries can lead to penalties or removal of your listings.
⏳ Running Late or Partially Delivering
If you can’t deliver on time or are only able to provide part of the order, contact the buyer first and ask for approval. Delivering late or incomplete without agreement may result in the buyer receiving a full refund.

Prohibited Actions

🚫 Fraud or Scams — Any attempt to deceive or scam buyers will result in a permanent ban.
💬 External Communication — All conversations must stay on the 1v9 platform.
📢 Advertising — Promoting other websites or marketplaces is not allowed.
💳 Outside Payments — All transactions must go through 1v9. Accepting payments elsewhere is strictly forbidden.
🤝 Professional Conduct — Disrespectful, toxic, or harassing behavior toward buyers or other sellers is not tolerated.

Issue Resolution Policy

Respond Quickly:
You must reply to any reported issue within 12 hours. If you don’t respond in time, 1v9 staff may process a refund to the buyer.
Resolve Fully:
All issues should be resolved within 24 hours, unless both you and the buyer agree on another specific timeframe.
Set Clear Expectations:
List your working hours in your profile or listings so buyers know when you’re available.
Keep Buyers Updated:
When handling a problem, always provide a short update like “Checking now — will update in 30 minutes,” and follow up when promised.
Non-Compliance:
Not following these rules may result in refunds or penalties. Continuous issues may lead to account restrictions or suspension.

Refunds & Replacements

Refunds are given as store credit to buyers.
If an account has been sold already or has another valid issue, you can offer a refund — but always try to replace the product first.

Completing a Sale

Once a buyer makes a purchase, the order moves to Processing.
Communicate through the order chat and send the delivery within your guaranteed time.
If the buyer doesn’t confirm within 24 hours, the order automatically completes.

Marketplace Guidelines

🎲 No Random or Chance Listings: Offers like raffles or lootbox-style listings aren’t allowed.
📝 Unique Descriptions: Don’t copy text from other sellers. Write your own version.
💰 Realistic Pricing: Don’t use fake or inflated prices to attract clicks.
🎮 Correct Categories: Make sure each listing is under the right game and section.
🔑 No Keyword Spamming: Using unrelated or misleading tags is forbidden.

Seller Requirements

• You must be 18 years or older to sell on 1v9.
• Each seller may only operate one account, unless approved by the 1v9 team.
• Don’t use delivery methods that could put buyers’ accounts or purchases at risk.

Inactivity Policy

• 7 days of inactivity: All your listings will be hidden.
• 14 days of inactivity: Your account may be suspended.
• No new offers in 7 days: Account suspension may apply.

Improving Your Listings

• Write short, honest, and clear descriptions.
• Avoid using copyrighted images or official artwork from game publishers.
• Keep your titles relevant and avoid keyword stuffing.

Following these guidelines helps protect your account, improve your reputation, and boost your sales on 1v9.gg. Reliable sellers attract more buyers, better feedback, and long-term success.
