Listing Guidelines

Your listings should be clear, honest, and helpful to buyers. Follow these steps to avoid issues:

• Use accurate titles and detailed descriptions. Include key details like account features, delivery time, region, and any limitations.
• The first image must show actual account-related information, not random visuals.
• Focus on your product, not your shop name or logo.
• Avoid using official splash art or any copyrighted material from game publishers.
• If your login uses a domain that isn’t Gmail, Outlook, or Yahoo, include a login link with your delivery details.
• Don’t use banned terms like “refund” or “money-back guarantee.” You can mention a “14-day warranty” and explain safety precautions instead.
• Listings must match exactly what’s shown in both text and images — no misleading or duplicate offers.
• Always mention if the account has limitations (like region locks or missing features).
• ✏️ Tip: If your title includes an emoji, add a space after it so your listing keywords appear properly in search results.

Delivery Types

Instant Delivery
The buyer receives full access (login + email) right after purchase.
Manual Delivery
You set a guaranteed delivery time in your offer title or description and must deliver the account within that time once the buyer places an order.

Completion Rules

Accounts: Once the buyer confirms delivery, or if no response is given within 24 hours, the order auto-completes.
Other Services: For items, currencies, or top-ups, you must manually mark the order as delivered.

General Account Rules

• Full Ownership Only: No shared, borrowed, or rented accounts. Each listing must include full login and email access.
• Warranty: All accounts come with a 14-day warranty. If it’s banned, recovered, or stops working during that period, the buyer receives a refund.
• Transparency: Always warn buyers about any possible risks — for example, contacting the game’s support team or actions that could compromise the account.
• After-Warranty Issues: If 1v9 determines the seller was at fault, they may still be held responsible even after the warranty expires.
• Account Recovery: Recovering sold accounts is strictly forbidden and can lead to a permanent ban.
• Illegal Accounts: Never sell hacked, stolen, or illegally obtained accounts.
• Instant Delivery Accuracy: Instant-delivery details must always be 100% correct and include full access.
• Email Security: Only use safe email providers (like Gmail, Outlook, Yahoo, or ProtonMail). If you use another, include the login link and verify its safety.

Game-Specific Rules

Fortnite
– Mention every platform the account can link to.
– Warn buyers not to contact Epic Games.
– If the email change isn’t instant, make it clear and include full email access.

Valorant
– Make sure the listed rank matches the current season.
– Only list accounts leveled legitimately — no cheats or scripts.

GTA V
– Specify the platform (Rockstar, Epic, Steam, PS5, etc.) and game version.
– FiveM accounts are allowed if you clearly state that GTA V is required.

– Provide full recovery details and security info.
– Disclose any bans, offenses, or botting history.
