How to redeem a code in THE FINALS
- Open the Embark ID account page and sign in with the platform account you use for THE FINALS.
- Confirm that the correct Steam, PlayStation, or Xbox account is linked.
- Open the Redeem Gift Code area in your THE FINALS account settings.
- Paste the complete code and choose Redeem.
- Restart the game if it was already open, then find Power Porpoise under a weapon's Charms customization menu.
Public codes, email codes, and Drops are different
Public codes can be shared widely while the campaign remains live. Power Porpoise is the best-known example.
Email and partner codes are often limited to one redemption, tied to a recipient, or expire at the end of a season. A code copied from another player may already be used even if the promotion itself is current.
Twitch Drops and platform perks do not use the same public code list. You earn them through a linked account and claim them in Twitch, Xbox benefits, PlayStation campaigns, or another official partner interface.
Why is my THE FINALS code not working?
- The wrong platform is linked. Verify the Embark ID account before redeeming.
- The code was single-use. Email and partner codes may not work on a second account.
- The campaign ended. Seasonal promotional codes can expire even if an old message remains in your inbox.
- The UUID is incomplete. Power Porpoise needs all 36 characters and four hyphens.
- The game has not refreshed. Close and relaunch THE FINALS after a successful web redemption.
- The item is in a customization submenu. Weapon charms do not appear as a separate contestant outfit.
