Desert Eagle | Light Rail is the best budget Deagle skin in CS2 right now. It has a distinctive geometric finish, every wear tier and strong market liquidity without requiring collector money. Directive and Trigger Discipline are the next best value choices; Blue Ply, Corinthian and Oxide Blaze cost even less.
Prices checked: August 27, 2026, USD. “Budget” here means the normal Field-Tested reference listing was below $2 on Steam at collection time. Listings change and are not the same as completed cash-market sales.
| Rank | Skin | FT Steam snapshot | Float range | Collection / case | Why buy it |

| 2 | Directive | $1.84 low / $1.63 median | 0.06–1.00 | Gamma 2 / Gamma 2 Case | Detailed sci-fi pattern that still reads in wear |
| 3 | Trigger Discipline | $0.95 low / $1.03 median | 0.00–0.97 | Snakebite / Snakebite Case | Bold pink-and-black style for about a dollar |
| 4 | Oxide Blaze | $0.60 low / $0.61 median | 0.00–0.50 | Spectrum / Spectrum Case | Classic flame motif at the lowest entry price |
| 5 | Corinthian | $0.61 low / $0.63 median | 0.00–0.44 | Revolver Case / Revolver Case | Engraved bronze look with a restrained wear cap |
| 6 | Blue Ply | $0.64 low / $0.66 median | 0.00–1.00 | Prisma 2 / Prisma 2 Case | Simple blue laminate and huge supply |

Light Rail offers the clearest visual upgrade per dollar. The lines frame the Deagle's large slide, and Field-Tested copies generally preserve the concept. Factory New carries a large premium, so inspect Minimal Wear and low-float Field-Tested listings before assuming pristine is worth it.

Directive is the most detailed option here. Its minimum float starts at 0.06, which makes Factory New supply unusually narrow and expensive; that is not a reason to overpay for this budget list. Field-Tested is the sensible target.
Trigger Discipline uses a high-contrast neon illustration that is easy to identify in hand. It covers nearly the full wear spectrum and has StatTrak variants, so filter the market carefully before comparing prices.
Oxide Blaze is a worn industrial take on the famous flame layout. The finish is intentionally rough, so a little wear does not destroy its idea. It is the best pick if you want an unmistakably Deagle-like design under a dollar.
Corinthian replaces bright paint with engraved bronze ornament. Its 0.44 maximum float means it stops at Well-Worn, and cheap Field-Tested copies often deliver the intended antique effect without looking neglected.

Blue Ply is the safe minimalist option. Its full 0.00–1.00 float range means Battle-Scarred examples can be dramatically rougher, while its high supply makes comparing exact floats easy. It ranks sixth because the visual transformation is modest.
The shortlist requires a normal Field-Tested Steam reference below $2 on the check date, broad market availability and a visible design change in first person. This keeps the page distinct from the strict under-$1 Deagle list, the wider under-$10 guide and the unconstrained overall Desert Eagle ranking.
Ranking combines first-person visibility, design coherence, wear behavior, liquidity and price. It is editorial, not an investment score.
Steam wallet prices can be higher than third-party cash listings, but outside markets introduce their own fees and counterparty risk. Confirm the domain, the exact exterior, StatTrak status, float and trade lock. Never sign into a “price checker” sent by another trader. For a whole low-cost inventory, use the budget CS2 loadout guide.
Oxide Blaze had the lowest Field-Tested Steam listing at $0.60 on August 27, narrowly ahead of Corinthian and Blue Ply.
Yes. All six have StatTrak variants. StatTrak is a separate market item and usually costs more, so do not compare it with a normal listing.
These case finishes are being recommended as normal or StatTrak variants. A marketplace can display additional variant filters, but always verify the exact item rather than assuming every finish supports Souvenir.
Float ranges, collections and containers were checked against CS2 item databases and in-game item data. Steam Community Market price-overview values were collected in USD on August 27, 2026. The budget threshold and order are reassessed when prices move materially.
